Dear Leicestershire County Council,

Thank you.
Whilst paragraph 26b of the printed minutes shows that the recommendations were discussed it does not record the subsequent vote on acceptance, for/against/abstentions, so this response unfortunately does not fulfil my request.

It also says “A number of members indicated that they would not wish to take the revised allowance and would renunciate.”. – how many were there?

Also could you please explain how, when a vote is required, it is determined whether names or just totals are recorded?
