At a recent council meeting a proposal to increase allowances by 5.3% was passed. What information do you have regarding:
a) Attendees at the meeting
b) Which of the attendees was entitled to vote.
c) Which way each attendee voted - for/against/abstention

Thank you.
Whilst paragraph 26b of the printed minutes shows that the recommendations were discussed it does not record the subsequent vote on acceptance, for/against/abstentions, so this response unfortunately does not fulfil my request.
It also says “A number of members indicated that they would not wish to take the revised allowance and would renunciate.”. – how many were there?
Also could you please explain how, when a vote is required, it is determined whether names or just totals are recorded?
