Thank you for your email below, regarding the difference in format, to previous years, of the information you requested via your Freedom of Information request.

The information that appears on the Council's web page for Councillor's allowances, was for the year 2015 - 2016, created by a different member of the Democracy and Governance team, who chose to use "rounding" to report the figures, therefore and pence value 5pence or greater was rounded up and conversely any pence value of less than 5pence was rounded down.

The Council do not intend producing another document for the year 2015 - 2016.
