Dear Liverpool City Council,

An urgent investigation needs be opened into this company: Chaloner Street developments ltd.

Subject: Re: Echo news to-day with the new plans and 1000 jobs

Striking development for Liverpool's Baltic Triangle approved
By Liverpool echo junior young reporter: Nick Tyrrell, 21st October 2020

Will the Liverpool city council pass over the details of “Chaloner Street Developments Ltd?

1/ What real office address has the LCC got on record to contact this company?

2/ The Liverpool echo reporter who published this story now claims he was sent all the details and information as a PR from the Liverpool city council, furthermore he ( has never talked to anyone within Chaloner Street Developments ltd, so who within the LCC e-mailed this reporter to publish this report of 1000 construction jobs and 640 apartments?

3/ Councillor Steve Munby, has raised concerns over the payment of the 106 fees contributions be payable in full with no reductions, will the LCC please act on his request and publish the full report and amount due to the LCC?

4/ The council approved the plans subject to Section 106 agreements being signed, with eight members voting in favour could the LCC please list the eight members names?

The Seymour Street address for (Chaloner Street Developments Ltd) is one which has been used as an accommodation address for all sorts of shady companies has the LCC got the real company address or email details?

The reporter (Nick Tyrrell) has now refused to explain his “cut and paste” report or return calls and now is blaming the LCC press staff and others at the LCC.

Yours faithfully,

Ms Thomas

Strange that the Council claim to only have the Registered Office address for this company. Although many companies do use the address of their accountant or solicitor as their registered office address, one would expect a bona fide company to also have its own trading address where they could be contacted/visited.
