Councillor office allocation
Dear Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council,
Given the elections of councillors took place on 18 May 2023 and the counts were completed by 20 May 2023 (109 days ago), I was wondering if you could:
1) Provide a list of councillors and when they were granted keys to their office space (month will do fine).
2) List any outstanding the day before this FOI was made
3) Can you also detail if councillors were not given offices, how they were granted confidential printing facilities?
4) Can you provide a rationale for any delays?
Yours faithfully,
M. V. McCullagh
Dear Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Councillor office allocation'.
Why has the council chosen to breach Freedom of Information law by not responding?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...
Yours faithfully,
M.V. McCullagh
Dear Sir/Madam
Further to your email of 5 October 2023, and dissatisfaction with how Council has processed your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 / Environmental Information Regulations 2004, Council will now commence its internal appeal process. Attached is a copy of Council’s guidance on “The Right to Know”.
A response will follow in due course.
Council is endeavouring to provide its substantive response to you request as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully
Andrea Hegarty
Data Protection Officer & Information Governance Manager
Dear Andrea Hegarty,
I am going to put a complaint in to the Information Commissioner as the Council has by default determined not to answer my simple query and has not disclosed if an internal review has been completed
Yours sincerely,
M.V. McCullagh
Dear Sir/Madam
Please see attached correspondence for your attention.
