Dear Aberdeen City Council,

Please provide the following information for each local councillor in Aberdeen City.

- Do they hold or have held a season ticket for Aberdeen Football Club, in their capacity as a councillor or as a private individual
- Are they a supporter of Aberdeen Football Club and/or attend matches, in their capacity as a councillor or as a private individual
- Gifts or other benefits have they received from Aberdeen Football Club, Stewart Milne or AFC Community Trust and/or their agents/representatives.
- Their voting history in matters relating to Aberdeen Football Club, AFC Community Trust and Stewart Milne

Please also detail legal advice given to councillors in relation to declaration of interest in matters relating to Aberdeen Football Club as a season ticket holder or regular attender at football matches.

Council (ACC) has completed the necessary search for the information

Please note, Aberdeen City Council do not provide councillors with AFC
season tickets. It will be up to each individual elected member to declare
on their register of interests any relationship they have with AFC.
