Councillor Kemp flying off to Morocco and boycotting Hong Kong Investors

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Liverpool City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Could the Liverpool city Council please tell us the public if it is part or funding in organising events, fundraising, and support for (Councillor Richard Kemp) who is the chairman of this charity?

World Merit Registered Charity 1161402

Unit 223, The Tea Factory

82 Wood Street

L1 4DQ

Councillor Kemp seems to spend some time flying off to Morocco on behalf of this charity so, therefore, could the Liverpool city council please explain how Mr Kemp pays for these trips and if the council funds any of his expense?

Why is it very hard to try to call this charity in Liverpool or get a landline phone for them and who is behind it other than Richard Kemp?

The reason we wish to know is that this person "Richard Kemp" seems to talk the talk and that's about it, he some ago was setting up a number of meeting for and with investors from Liverpool's loss-making Chinatown, then he was going to fly to Hong Kong to hold talks with the hundreds of investors who were ripped off in Liverpool Chinatown and Pall Mall by NPG Ltd.

It now seems he has set up Merit and likes Morocco better?

Yours faithfully,

Wilson Jr Liverpool
