This is a FOI request and relates to the 2019/2020 financial year.
Please provide a list of Councillors who have been issued with
1) A Plymouth City Car Park pass (permit card) to allow them access to the various Plymouth City Council car parks.
2) A Plymouth City digital permit to allow them to utilise Plymouth City Council on-street car parking.
Your response should indicate the following, ideally in an excel format:
- Councillor Name
- If a Permit Card has been issued
- The cost of the permit card provided to the Councillor
- If a digital permit has been issued
- The cost of the digital permit provided to the Councillor
Please also provide a list of dates and times when each councillor has used one of the Permit cards to park in a car park.
Your response should provide the following, ideally in an excel format:
- Councillor Name
- Date of permit use (in format DD/MM/YY)
- Time of entry relating to each specified date (if available)
- Time of exit relating to each specified date

Thank you for your request for information about Councillor car parking
allowances. Your request was received on 30 June 2020 and is being dealt
with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
We will aim to provide a response to your request within the statutory
timescale of 20 working days, by 28 July 2020, however, we would ask for
and would appreciate your understanding and patience, where this is not
possible at the present time.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of the Council’s resources have being
refocussed to prioritise protection and support of the people and
businesses of Plymouth, and the continuity of our essential services. This
means that in the meantime, there will be less staff available to assist
with your request. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our response will be sent by email or hard copy depending on how you made
your request and how the information is held.
If we’re unable to gather the information you’ve asked for within the cost
limit set by the government, which is 18 hours of staff time or £450, we
