Councillor Attendance Record 6th May 2022 – Nov 2023
Dear Newham Borough Council,
Please provide summaries of attendance records to meetings of the council, including any council/cabinet/committee/board/subcommittee/panel meetings, for each councillor in the period 6th May 2022 to 10th November 2023. I am only requesting attendance records for meetings of official council groups, and not external bodies that councillors may attend.
Please do not link to the public website, as this does not include a summary for each councillor and requires viewers to click through every meeting to see the attendance for that specific meeting. This is not sufficient to fulfil this request.
I am requesting a simple summary of attendance – i.e, the total number of meetings each councillor was expected to attend, and the number that they then did attend.
Could you also provide a breakdown of this summary by meeting type for each councillor.
