Council Tax Summons - case number
Dear Ministry of Justice,
I have just seen the updated Justices Clerk's Society procedures for Council Tax and not the following have not been addressed:
1 - Can you confirm that a summons without a case number is a authorised document of the Magistrates Courts?
2 - Where is public access to the Justices Clerks' Society information?
