Council tax precept correspondence
Dear Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service,
Please could you provide any correspondence Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service have had with the UK Government regarding the level of the council tax precept set by the Fire Authority.
The Chair of the Fire Authority stated at a meeting on Thursday 23 January 2020 that she was writing to the Prime Minister to request the Fire Authority be allowed to increase the Band D precept set by the authority by £5. The Chief Financial Officer also referenced correspondence with a UK Government Minister at a meeting on December 9 2020.
This request refers to these and any other letters and emails either sent by or received by politicians or officials on behalf of the Fire Authority.

directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the
ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints
