Council tax on empty homes and second homes in 2009-2018

The request was successful.

Dear Sirs,

I am a researcher in Economics at University College London.

For my research, I would need the council tax discount/premium on second homes, on homes empty for longer than 6 months and homes empty for longer than 2 years as a percentage of the standard council tax in your council from 2009 to 2018.

The following link contains an excel template of the exact information I would need for my research:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...

Could you please send me an excel file that replicates the template with the tax premium/discounts applied in your council?

Yours sincerely,
Enrico Miglino

Dear Sirs,

just a clarification, I am aware that the council for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole was recently created as the union of previous councils.
Was the data you provided the same for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole in all years. Can you provide this data separately for the three original councils?

Yours sincerely,

Enrico Miglino
