Dear Bascoe, Vanessa,
Thank you for confirming Southwark Borough Council only uses magistrate court liability orders and as you are aware the prescribed forms have been omitted since 2003, so please provide a copy of what Southwark Borough Council have been using in place of the prescribed forms to enforce non-payment of council tax.
Yours sincerely,
mary glister

Dear Bascoe, Vanessa,
Thank you for providing a Notice of a Liability Order but I require a copy of the actual Liability Order granted by the Magistrates Court. Can you please also confirm does the Magistrates Court seal the Liability Order with a court seal.

Dear Ms Glister
I have been advised that the Magistrates Court does not issue individual
Liability Orders for each case. A list of cases is presented to the
magistrate and this is signed and dated.
The Magistrates Court does not use a court seal.
Kind regards
Vanessa Bascoe
