Please can you tell me the following:

1) How much money you have outstanding in council tax arrears at time of writing
2) How many cases of non payment of council tax have you taken to prosecution from 01/01/11 until time of writing
3) How much did this process cost
4) What agency do you use to recover council tax arrears
