Dear Carmarthenshire Council,

In the financial year 2016/17 how many liability orders did you issue in respect of council tax arrears?

For each liability order created an amount is charged to the taxpayer in respect of administration fees and "costs". In the financial year 2016/17 how much in total was incurred by taxpayers in respect of said administration charges, fees and costs.

In the financial year 2016/17 please supply a breakdown of the actual costs incurred by the council in the course of creating liability orders
