Council Tax - Consultations

Dear Blackpool Borough Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, can you please provide me with the following information with regard to the Consultations undertaken by the Council in respect of this years council tax year 2018/9:

i) When did you commence requesting feedback and how did you publicise the consultation/s and by what methods.
i) Please confirm the dates and location of the consultation meetings which were undertaken with the community groups and organisations along with details of whom represented Blackpool Council.
ii) Please confirm the names of the community groups and organisations.
iv) Can you please provide details with regard to the outcome of the consultations with regard to the community groups and organisations.
iv) The council undertook a public outreach exercise with the general public during September – November 2017. Can you please confirm the dates and locations of these meetings.
v) Can you please provide further details of this public exercise by providing me with details of the survey/questionnaires questions.
vi) Can you please provide details with regard to the outcome of these public consultations along with details of how many people participated in your exercise by individual locations.
