Council Tax Collected from New Developments in Buxted

East Sussex County Council did not have the information requested.

Dear East Sussex County Council,

I would like to know the following:

1. For the Council Tax Year to April 2014 what was the amount of Council Tax collected from the Parish of Buxted.

2. For the Council Tax Year to April 2015 what was the amount of Council Tax collected from the Parish of Buxted.

3. For the Council Tax Year to April 2014 was was the amount of Council Tax
collected from the new properties in Beechbrook Park in the Parish of Buxted.

4. For the Council Tax Year to April 2015 what was the amount of Council Tax collected from the new properties in Beechbrook Park in the Parish of Buxted.

5.When Beechbrook Park is completed what is the amount of Council Tax that is expected to be collected.

I would like to know if a complaint is actually laid before the Magistrates prior to a summons being issued by the Magistrates for non payment of Council tax?
