Dear George, Anthony: WCC,

Thank you very much indeed for your very prompt and complete response to the request. An excellent piece of work and the most efficient response to any request to any local authority. If I could afford to live there, I would move immediately! I am happy to say that the little technical problems with CT Application to Commit that have shown up elsewhere obviously do not take place in RBKC- the nearest to perfection and "model" procedure that we have as yet encountered.

Yours sincerely,

BERT GEISHERD

Dear George, Anthony: WCC,
Kind words maybe-but deserved. Now, it would help very much indeed if I could obtain a copy of one of the 3 dated examples (to your choice), with all personal and identifying details removed. I think it was part of the former request but I can do a separate request if you wish. Please rest assured that there is no complaint whatever with the Royal Borough- the material is wanted to illumine "best practice"-and "pour encourager les autres" to do likewise

Best wishes

Yours sincerely,

BERT GEISHERD
