Council Tax

Waiting for an internal review by Cornwall Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Cornwall Council,

Please could you provide me with the following information relating to the last financial year: -

1. The number of summons issued for "Non-Payment of Council Tax".
2. The number of Liability Orders granted for "Non-Payment of Council Tax".
3. Monies charged for "Summons Costs" (for Non-Payment of Council Tax).
4. Monies charged for "Liability Order Costs" (for Non-Payment of Council Tax).
5. The costs incurred issuing Summons for "Non-Payment of Council Tax", and a breakdown of those costs.
6. The costs incurred applying for Liability Orders (for Non-Payment of Council Tax), and a breakdown of those costs.
7. Any other information you can provide me, to justify charging £35 for Summons Costs, and £20 Liability Order Costs with respect to Non-Payment of Council Tax.
