Council tax
Dear Leicester City Council,
Please provide a copy of legislation proving that we are 'obligated' to pay council tax. Not 'liable' but 'OBLIGATED'.
If you can prove we ARE 'obligated' to pay council tax you are entitled to claim a reward which currently stands at over £16,000. See the link below.
Yours faithfully,
David Phillips

Dear Leicester City Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Leicester City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Council tax'.
There is no evidence in the link you provided that we are 'OBLIGATED'...(not 'Liable') to pay council tax.
In Law, without OBLIGATION there is no Legal requirement to pay.
I request once again that you provide me with the evidence we are 'OBLIGATED' .....(NOT 'LIABLE') to pay council tax.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Dear info-requests,
I didn't question who is 'liable' to pay CT. My request was for evidence we are 'OBLIGATED' to pay....of which you have proven none exists.
And for this I would like to thank you because in Law, without 'OBLIGATION' there is no requirement to pay.
Yours sincerely,
David Phillips
