Dear Mr Phillips,

Freedom of Information Act 2000 - APPEAL REQUEST

Thank you for your email of 4^th May 2023 requesting an appeal with regard
to your Freedom of Information request 27231.

Dear Leicester City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information
reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Leicester City Council's
handling of my FOI request 'Council tax'.

There is no evidence in the link you provided that we are
'OBLIGATED'...(not 'Liable') to pay council tax.

In Law, without OBLIGATION there is no Legal requirement to pay.

I request once again that you provide me with the evidence we are
'OBLIGATED' .....(NOT 'LIABLE') to pay council tax.
