I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the
Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Under the Freedom of Information Act the authority must state whether or
not the information exists and I confirm that we do not hold this
information. 

You requested:

I would like to know how much the council's focus on specialist
educational support services for gypsy and traveller children has changed
over the past 10 years.

As such, could the following information please be made available:

a)    The amount of money the council has spent on specialist educational
support services for gypsy and traveller children for the years 2008, 2009
, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018.

Answer:

We do not hold this information as the service was cut many years ago
(approximately 14 years ago) and have not funded any specialist
educational support since.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with our response to your
application you are entitled to pursue any dissatisfaction through the
Council's Internal Review Procedure.  Pursuant to Section 17 (7) of the
Act the procedure provided by the Council for dealing with complaints
