Thank you for your request for information that was received on 25
February 2022  requesting:

Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,
I pay my council tax to the Borough in a timely manner.
However, I live on a private estate in E14. The roads and pavements are
the freehold of Tower Hamlets, but on a 125 year lease to Holding &
Management (Solitaire) Ltd.
What council services are denied to residents on private un-gated estates?
