Council Reserves
Dear Gwynedd Council,
I write about the amount of reserves held by your council and would be grateful if you could tell me the following:
1. How much was held by your council in earmarked reserves in 2016-17 and 2017-18?
2. How many times did your council use its earmarked reserves in 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Yours faithfully,
Bleddyn ap Dafydd
