Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated 3^rd April 2018
regarding the council’s earmarked reserves.

1.        At the 31^st March 2017 the council had earmarked reserves of
£15,131k.  The final amount for 31^st March 2018 is not yet available and
will not be available until the end of May.

A breakdown of movement of earmarked reserves is published annually as
part of the council’s Annual Statement of Accounts.  These can be found
using this link:

2.       I’ve attached a spreadsheet that details the annual movements in
earmarked reserves.  Again, further information can be found in the
statement of accounts as linked above.

I hope the information provided proves useful.  If you have any complaints
in relation to this FOI response the Council does operate an internal
appeals procedure.  If you wish to utilise this procedure then please
write to Mr Alun Williams, Head of Policy Support, Cyngor Sir Ceredigion,
