On the 13th August 2021 the BBC published an article by Shelley Phelps on its website, “Council policies 'inconsistent' with climate goals” (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-envir...).
Please can you provide a copy of all the responses to the BBC’s enquiry and the subsequent analysis and findings, in an appropriate digital format.
