Freedom of Information Act 2000

Thank you for your request, received by us on  3 September 2015, for the
following information:

Please could you provide a data download of all of the trees which are
currently owned / maintained by Barnet Borough Council.

It would be helpful if you could include the following data:
* the co-ordinates for each data point, either in lat/long or
Easting/Northing.
* all data fields held by the council for each tree, such as species,
common name, height, condition, age and site / street (if applicable).

The preferred format would be either a GIS shapefile (zipped file
containing .shp .dbf .shx & .prj files) or .xlsx / .csv

We are processing this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 
 
Under the Act we must respond promptly and in any event within 20 working
days from the date we received your request. You should receive a response
by 1 October 2015

Please note the Act defines a limited set of exemptions from the right to
know.  If we decide not to release any information we shall explain why,
which exemption we are relying on and how you can appeal.
