Dear Sarah,
Environmental Information Regulations 2004
I am writing to ask you to clarify your request.
Your request:
Can you please provide number of council owned properties by postcode? If
it is not managed by council, whom can I contact for Amesham and Little
Chalfont?
My queries:
1) please can you confirm what type of properties do you mean? Social
Housing (of which Buckinghamshire Council is a non stock holder),
libraries, or leisure centres for example.
2) what do you mean by to whom can you make contact regarding 'Amersham
and Little Chalfont'? Is this in relation to a specific building or site?
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 24 July 2023.
If I do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
closed.
If you need assistance, please reply directly to this email.
Kind regards,
Hannah

Dear Buckinghamshire Council,
Thanks for your reply and apologies for the late reply.
Please find below my reply:
Query 1) please can you confirm what type of properties do you mean? Social
Housing (of which Buckinghamshire Council is a non stock holder),
libraries, or leisure centres for example.
Answer 1) I want list of social housing owned or rented by Buckinghamshire Council.
2) what do you mean by to whom can you make contact regarding 'Amersham
and Little Chalfont'? Is this in relation to a specific building or site?
Answer 2) If you cannot provide list of social housing of Buckinghamshire, whom can I contact to get this information for Amersham and Little Chalfont towns. It is not specific to any building or site.
If you cannot provide full address then could you please provide its postcode along with number of properties owned/rented by Buckinghamshire Council within the postcode?
I have raised similar request for Harrow council and they had provided me the list in the past. Please see below request:
