Council Meetings

Neil Boulton made this Freedom of Information request to Babergh District Council

Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Waiting for an internal review by Babergh District Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Babergh District Council,
In light of the new regulations (The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020), the minimum requirement of the Regulations is that a person participating in such meetings remotely, must be able to hear and be heard (and where practicable, see and be seen) by the other members in attendance at the meeting.

What provision does your council have for allowing members of the public access to your councils meetings (not live streaming during the meeting) once the meeting has ended:
A: Printed Minutes only
B: Audio Only
C: Audio & Video

Yours faithfully,

Neil Boulton
