Council leader meetings with traders or their representatives from seven sisters market

We're waiting for patrick rey to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Haringey Borough Council,
how often has Cllr Ejiofor and/or his Leader & Cabinet Support Team Manager,since Cllr Ejiofor became leader of Haringey Council in may 2018,have they had meetings with any trader or representatives of traders or any group claiming to represent the traders from Seven sisters market,please provide frequency of this meetings,the number of times met,a copy all minutes ,a copy of all notes taken at those meetings and a copy of any correspondence in all formats(including emails between them,letters,telephone conversations and text/wattsapp mesages etc)

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/8357019

 

Thank you for your request for information received on, in which you asked
for the following information:

 

How often has Cllr Ejiofor and/or his Leader & Cabinet Support Team
Manager, since Cllr Ejiofor became leader of Haringey Council in May
2018,have they had meetings with any trader  or representatives of traders
or any group claiming to represent the traders from Seven sisters market,
please provide frequency of this meetings, the number of times met, a copy
all minutes ,a copy of all notes taken at those meetings and a copy  of
any correspondence in all formats(including emails between them, letters,
telephone conversations and text / wattsapp mesages etc)

 

My response is as follows:

 

Cllr Ejiofor has sought to get as wide a view from relevant traders as is
practical and has had conversations with representatives from Seven
Sisters Market on five occasions since May 2018:

 

1.    25^th June 2018 (Cabinet Support Team Manager present)

2.    5^th September 2018

3.    2^nd October 2018

4.    14^th February 2019

5.    20^th February 2019 (Cabinet Support Team Manager present)

 

These conversations were not minuted.  All communications are attached.
