Freedom of Information Act Request

Thank you for your email dated 14 February 2019

The information requested is below and attached.

1,2.  The Housing Information Technology Team have provided the
information to these questions.

Attached is the data for council dwellings on estates in answer to
questions 1 and 2.

For each estate, I have shown the number of council dwellings, the number
of let and void dwellings and the number of tenants.

We do not hold data for latitude and longitude, but we do have eastings
and northings, so for each estate I have shown the average easting and
northing value for the dwellings on that estate.

Many estates cover a wide range of postcodes, so I have included the
number of postcodes in each, and the lowest and highest postcode to give
an indication of the range.

Please note that some of these estate definitions are very small – they
are those used by Asset Management.

You may want to remove some of the smaller one which refer to individual
properties before releasing this data.
