The council offer water machines in some of its properties for use by staff and visitors in the form of refrigerated cool water dispensers. We do not offer the cups. Users must bring their own drinking utensils.
These machines are in schools and offices.

Apologies in the delay in responding to your below request for information through the Freedom of Information Act.
The reason for the delay in the response was that we were trying to create reports out of our Housing Management System that would enable us to complete your request.
Our current reporting software is not compatible with the new modules that have been developed by the Housing Management System Host in relation to UC, therefore we are unable to complete your request without exceeding the appropriate limit of eighteen hours work to extract this information and make it available to you. This means that, under Section 12 of the FOIA, where the cost of compliance exceeds the appropriate limit of 18 hours work, the Council is not obliged to provide you with this information.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of this response to your request for information, and / or the decision made to withhold information, you may ask for an internal review. Please address your correspondence to the Customer Care Officer, Legal Services, Council Offices, Llangefni, Ynys Môn LL77 7TW (E-mail: [email address]).
If you are not content with the outcome of any internal review you have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow SK9 5AF. Please note that the Information Commissioner is likely to expect internal review procedures to have been exhausted before beginning his investigation.
