Council House Rent Arrears
Dear Norwich City Council,
Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom of Information Act treating each of these as separate
requests under the act?
1. Can you provide the total figure of rent arrears, broken down
month by month, built up on Norwich City Council properties between
May 1st and December 31th 2013
(in monetary terms) Can you provide the percentage of this sum that
relates to those tenancies affected by the under occupancy element
of the Welfare Reform Act.
2. The number of evictions of Tenants for Rent Arrears in the period May 1st and December 31st 2013.
3. Can you provide the total figure of rent arrears, broken down
month by month, built up on Norwich City Council properties between
May 1st and December 31st 2012
4. The number of evictions of Tenants for Rent Arrears in the period May 1st and December 31st 2012.
5. Can you provide the number of tenancies that accrued rent
arrears during the May 1st 2013 and 31st December time period. Again, can you break these
down by month and provide percentage of these tenancies that are
affected by the under
occupancy element of the Welfare Reform Act.
