Dear Fenland District Council,
I would be most grateful if you could provide me with the following information:
1. List of current vehicles operated by the authority, detailing use classification, manufacturer, model and year.
2. How many of these vehicles are equipped with mobile CCTV camera and digital recording systems and if so can they be accessed remotely over a cellular connection?
3. Who is the current supplier/service provider of the above systems?
4. How many of the vehicle fleet are fitted with tracking and telemetry devices?
5. Who is the current supplier/service provider of the above systems.
6. Are the above tracking systems on a contract/lease basis and if so when does the current contract expire?
7. What is the name of the current Fleet/Transport Manager?
8. What is the name of the current Waste Manager/person in charge of the waste collection operation?

devices? 28 – The telemetry is secondary as the system is an in-cab
operational communications device for service delivery
5. Who is the current supplier/service provider of the above systems.

6. Are the above tracking systems on a contract/lease basis and if so when
does the current contract expire? Hardware purchased outright and
subscriptions paid annually. Exp 2027
7. What is the name of the current Fleet/Transport Manager? Mark Gregory
8. What is the name of the current Waste Manager/person in charge of the
waste collection operation? Adam Pratt
