in light of the recent press coverage regarding the council’s current financial position i would like the following information

the overspend, if any, in adult services in health and social care partnership

breakdown of overspend by type of care for example home care, mental health counselling etc

breakdown of overspend by section/service for example elderly care, mental health, etc

what plans you have to mitigate any overspend? including details of cutting services, cutting council staff, etc

Dear Clackmannanshire Council,

thank you for your response today the 12January. you advise that Clackmannanshire Council is not the holder of the requested information and i should write to the health and social care partnership at forth valley.

In fact the requested information is on the council ‘s website within the Committee Reports database in a report called Report to the Audit and finance Committee January 18th 2018. in essence Clackmannanshire Council does hold the information. it just didn’t know it did.!
