Dear InfoMgr, FinDMT,
Thank you for your response upon which I am seeking clarification.

When examining the proposals for the Hoylake Golf Resort, I had read that some of the farmers of the land in question were tenants of WMBC. Is that untrue? Was I being misled?

Yours sincerely,

John H Hutchinson

Dear Mr Hutchinson

Thank you for your email of 18 December 2020.  Your enquiry specifically
asked about council farm tenancies and your enquiry was answered on that
basis.  The Council does not own any holdings that can be described as a
farm tenancy.

There are two farmers who have tenancy arrangements for land, which is the
subject of the proposed golf resort.  These arrangements however are not
farm tenancies.

We trust this clarifies matters.

Yours sincerely
