Thanks you for your enquiry to East Dunbartonshire Council, we have been
communicating with our Colleagues in Finance to establish the most
appropriate source of information for your request.

To enable a response we will require clarification on the following to
support appropriate consideration of the detail required-

1       Council Expenditure     Please clarify types of expenditure if in
addition to Third Party Suppliers, personal & commercial confidentiality
considerations will apply
2       Transactions            Please clarify what level, ie Invoice,
payment, total spend with Payee/Supplier, etc
3       Format                  Please confirm, if information available,
the
format would be acceptable in Excel, Word, etc (System capability
consideration)

The above clarifications will allow further consideration of the requested
information and enable us to review for response.

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which East Dunbartonshire Council
responded to your request, you are entitled to require the Council to
review its decision. The review will be handled by staff who were not
involved in the original decision. Please note that in order for a review
to take place you must:
·        Lodge a written requirement for a review within 40 working days
of the date of this letter ·        Include a correspondence address and a
description of the original request and the reason why you are
dissatisfied.
