Thank you for your recent request for information which I have enclosed
below for ease of reference. Your request has been treated in accordance
with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or the Environmental
Information Regulations 2004.

Your Request :  REF649

I can confirm that we hold information that falls within the scope of your
request. The answers to your request are in the RED text below

I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information act for all
transactions over £500 from Jan 2024 to Dec 2024. Please provide the data
in a machine-readable format (preferably CSV).

As a minimum, please be sure to include the date, value, recipient and the
procurement category of each transaction.

Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act states that a public
authority is not obliged to comply with a request for information if the
authority estimates that the cost of complying with the request would
exceed the appropriate limit of either 18 hours and/or £450.

Due to a new reporting system, we are unable to undertake this large-scale
extract of data.

We have spent more than two days on this request to date without the
desired outcome.

If you would like to provide us with more specific parameters eg type of
spend, type of creditor etc we can possibly revisit this.

Please consider my request for all payments to suppliers who provided a
service in Health and Social Care from Jan 2024 to Jun 2024, narrowing the
scope of my request (i.e., from Jan 2024  to Dec 2024) this was within the
threshold. As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value and
recipient of each transaction.  Please see attached.
