Dear Gwynedd Council,

As in the past, I would like to make an FOI request for all payments to suppliers who provided a service in Health and Social Care from July - Dec 2021. As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value and recipient of each transaction. Please also provide details on the procurement category of each transaction if you have it & any additional descriptors.

This would include all suppliers falling under the categories :-

1. Children's services - Fostering & adoption (including payments made to independent fostering agencies and for in-house fostering), residential care, SEN (special education services) 2. Adult & elderly services - Residential/nursing care, domiciliary & supported living, care at home providers 3. Providers who carry out homeless services

In particular I am looking for itemized transactions for these suppliers - preferably in CSV format. I look forward to the information at the earliest.

Further to your recent Freedom of Information request please find attached
three files that include transaction lists of payments under the Health
and Social Care category for the period 1 July to 31 December 2021. In
both the Children and Adult files individual tansactions are shown however
any sensitive information has been anonymised by replacing the creditor
names in the ‘Transaction Description’ column to CHIL 1, CHIL 2, etc for
Children’s Services and SocS1, SocS2, etc for Adult Care Services, to
represent the different Creditors. In the Homelessness file names of
individuals as well as names of Bed & Breakfast establishments have been
anonymised as these could identify the locations of homeless/vulnerable
people.

• Question 1. see first file ‘Children ....’. The expenditure has been
categorised in Column H. We have not included SEN (Special Education
Services) as this falls outside the scope of Health and Socail Care.
• Question 2. second file ‘Adults....’. The expenditure has been
categorised in Column K.
• Question 3. third file ‘Homelessness....’. There are 4 tabs in this
file; Grants (grants paid to Providers for services they provide on
our behalf) Accommodation Costs (sub-totals for different categories),
Hostel costs, and Other costs.

Please note that the transaction lists will include additional costs of
delivering Services, incurred as a result of Covid.
