Dear foirequests,

Thank you for your response Mr. O'Brien; however, this is not exactly what we were looking for. As mentioned in our original message "In particular, I am looking for itemized transactions for these suppliers - preferably in CSV format." i.e. We were looking for supplier payments made at the daily level for the categories you have summarized in the PDF sheet.

In short, we would need daily transactions for all suppliers under the categories mentioned, preferably in a CSV format. We request you to please provide us with the same or shall you need further clarification.

Thank you,
Yours sincerely,
nikhil prabhu

Dear Nikhil Prabhu,

I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to your email
regarding your request.

I have been advised by the finance team that a transaction list is not
possible to provide under FOI and has been redacted on our publicly
available website, this is due to the information containing both
commercially sensitive information and also sensitive information such as
individuals identifiable information such as name, initials.

Your FOI request contained a significant number of areas of spend and to
have produced a transactions listing and then redacted all the sensitive
information was not practical to do within the relevant time limit.

I hope this answers your request.

Kind Regards

Dear foirequests,

I am trying to verify your comments, however, your spend for 2019/20 financial year is not working. https://www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201041/co...

Moreover, Health & Social Care (HSC) spend was missing from your site for a certain period of time. Could you please advise why this was the case, as well as the period for which this HSC spend was withheld from your open data site. For eg. we notice HSC spend in your March 2020 file; however these is no such data in your March 2019 file.

Thank you,
Yours sincerely,
nikhil prabhu

Dear foirequests,

May I get an acknowledgement/update for my Oct 13th message?

Dear foirequests,

Could you please acknowledge or update my request? This has been pending for an extremely long period of time and we will now have to approach the regulator for resolution.
