Dear FOI Responses,
Thank you very much for the un-redaction Sir/Ma'am, however, it is still very hard for us to analyse the data in its present format. Is it at all possible for you to provide us with "itemized" transactions instead of monthly?
i.e., if we could get payments made at the daily level for these suppliers - That would really help us out enormously. We would be extremely grateful if you could do that for us, given the current situation, I understand resources may be tight, but it would go a long way in helping us out !
Thank you,
Yours sincerely,
nikhil prabhu

In your request you stated "Request you to please un-redact Agency names
(including Independent Fostering Agency Names) 2) Request you to please at
least provide the "Total no. of transactions" / month instead of for the
entire 6 period of 6 months (from Jul-Dec 2019)"
You are now asking "Is it at all possible for you to provide us with
"itemized" transactions instead of monthly?"
As this response has complied with your request, we are unable to respond
further.
As you will be aware the COVID-19 pandemic is having an effect on Council
resources and staffing levels. These are unprecedented and challenging
times and we are working across Dumfries and Galloway to respond to the
situation as it develops, following official advice. We appreciate your
patience and understanding in relation to our response to FOISA requests.
However, if you are not satisfied with the way in which your request has
been dealt with, you can request us to carry out an internal review of the
decision by emailing [1][email address] or writing to us within 40
working days of receiving this response. Last week the Scottish
Parliament passed the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020. It makes a number
of temporary amendments to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
(FOISA). The new Act comes into effect Tuesday 7 April 2020 and the
timescales in which public authorities must respond to requests for
information and review will be extended from 20 to 60 working days
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the review, you have the right
to apply to the Scottish Information Commissioner for a decision. Appeals
to the Commissioner can be made online at

Dear FOI,
Thank you for your response.
You are correct that I had requested "to please at least provide the "Total no. of transactions" / month instead of for the entire 6 period of 6 months (from Jul-Dec 2019)" -- But your sheet does NOT contain total no. of txns./month; you have provided the total no. of txns. for ENTIRE 6 months!! That is why we were not satisfied with the data provided.
Please do check the sheet once again and at the very lease provide the total no. of monthly payments for each supplier.
Yours sincerely,
nikhil prabhu
Dear FOI,
May I request an update at this point?
Of course being cognizant of the current situation.
Thank you,

2. Payments to suppliers who provide care services to the council. This would include suppliers who provide care under each of below -
a. Children's Residential/ Nursing Care Providers
b. Adult Residential/ Nursing Care Providers
c. Elderly Residential/ Nursing Care Providers
d. Domiciliary Care Home Providers
e. Supported Living Care Home Providers
f. Care at Home Providers
g. Providers who carry out Homeless Services
3. Payments to suppliers who provide Special Education Services
I look forward to the information at the earliest.
Thank You,
Yours Faithfully,
Nikhil Prabhu
Dear FOI,
Also, to add - There is no "vCode Vendor Category" provided for the "Redacted Personal Data" records in the sheet provided on 6th April 2020 "472937.csv.txt". Request you to please include the Category data for all fields, if it exists. Or if you could do so for the aforementioned file ASAP, that would be most helpful!
Thank you so much!
