Dear Fuh, Ngwa,

If it would help, we are a research organization building system for data & predictive analytics of the Health & Social Care market in the UK and as such do not require any data about individuals.

Payments to the Council come from public funds (taxpayers) and hence fall under the FOI act. Hence, we would appreciate if you could instruct the relevant department (or Children's Trust perhaps?) to work with you to release the relevant information. If you are unable to, we would greatly appreciate if you would suggest which authority to contact regarding this, if not Reading Borough Council.

Thank you,
Faithfully,
Nikhil Prabhu

Dear Fuh, Ngwa,

I kindly request you to please re-direct us to the relevent authority to gather this information from.
Again, we are not requesting personal sensitive information of Individuals, but rather IFAs and other Suppliers. All the other Councils/Childrens Trusts in the UK have provided us with this information barring a handful, which I am working on currently to procure.

Thank you,
Yours sincerely,
nikhil prabhu

Dear Fuh, Ngwa,

Thank you so much for the response. I just have one clarification: In your previous email you stated that "Details of Adult Services transaction over £500 are published on the council website www.reading.gov.uk/council-spending-over... -- However, now Children's Services also seem to be included. Does that mean you have made a change to your site and since then, included those transactions as well?

To surmise - We are somewhat confused over the operation of Children's Services between the Council and the Reading Children's Trust and would be grateful if you could clear that for us!

Best Regards,
Yours Sincerely,
Nikhil Prabhu

Dear Nikhil Prabhu,

Thank you for your email of the 12th July 2019. I can confirm that the council publishes details of all transactions over £500 on its website. Please accept our apologies if the previous emails were not clear enough.

Regarding the Children's Services, it became a separate company from December 2018 however their details of all transactions over £500 are still published on the council's website.
