Dear Hannah,

I am writing in regards to your request for information.

As with the email I sent previously regarding Hambleton District Council
and Scarborough District Council, this request has taken a coordinated
effort which has caused a slight delay.

With your NYCC request specifically, this has been completed however, the
officer responsible for returning the response is currently on leave and
does not have a temporary stand in whilst they are away. They will be back
on the 20th of February and should be able to return your response then.
Please accept my apologies for the delay.
