Council (Demand) Tax - collected and enforced using Trusts not Contracts

Dear Derbyshire Dales District Council,

Council (Demand) Tax - collected and enforced using Trusts not Contracts

Can you please confirm does your council switch roles and presume to be the beneficiary and make your customer the trustee under a trust arrangement, they know nothing about, rather than a contract which would require both parties to sign.

Whilst giving your customers the illusion that there is a debtor creditor relationship in place and at the same time using trickery and deceptive means by splitting the title to their given name and keeping the equitable title to yourselves.

Is this the reason your Magistrates' Liability Order do not and cannot contain a Magistrates court seal because you are enforcing a trust relationship and not a contract, in a defacto colorable equity hearing, and the reason you have to use the dotrine of notice instead.

Please confirm which type of arrangement you have with your customers that you are paid to serve.

Yours faithfully,

Lorna Taylor
