Council correspondence re proposed football stadium on Perdiswell Park 31/3/17 - 3/7/17

The request was partially successful.

Dear Worcester City Council,

I would be grateful if you could supply me with copies of all internal and external correspondence about the proposal to build a football stadium (also referred to as a community hub) on Perdiswell Park; this includes any correspondence relating to Planning Application P14M0176 (the stadium application) and also any correspondence relating to the application (or proposed stadium) and the planning committee or its meetings.

Any correspondence implicitly relating to the above is included in this request (eg: correspondence with Worcester City Football Club Supporters' Trust or its representatives which do not expressly mention the planning application; correspondence re use of Perdiswell Leisure Centre's car park).

The period for which I request the information is between 31st March 2017 and 3rd July 2017 (including those dates).

Correspondence may be to/from officers or councillors and be with each other or with any other organisation (or its representatives or people acting on its behalf) or individuals.

I class correspondence as emails, written letter, meeting minutes, memos, informal notes about discussions and telephone conversations. For telephone conversations, a record of who the call was between, the duration of the call and the subject of the call would be sufficient if no other notes or records for the call exist. In the case of emails please include any attachments.

There were three planning committee meetings during the period, but any correspondence during the above period about the application's inclusion (or not) on any other month's planning committee agenda is included in this request.

If the information I have requested exceeds the threshold for what is deemed to be 'reasonable assistance' in this matter, please communicate any costings involved in supplying the information requested in its entirety and suggest how my request may be modified to satisfy requirements.

Your assistance and cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

S Hodges
