But he works in the House of Commons or he should do. I have sent him many emails at Defra and he never reply therefore I have tried to contact him at the House of Commons and you say he cannot be contacted at his place of work. I have had no reply from his office in Leeds. What does he get paid for and how do I contact him?

FOI Act does not apply to individual MPs or to the information they
hold. The House of Commons does not hold information about whether or
not Mr Benn can tell you which falcons, with their Latin names, needed
to be registered in 1982 to 1993.
