Please provide a list of all the Mayor's Question Time events staged since May 2022.

Please provide the cost of hiring each venue.

Please provide the cost of organising each event in terms of hours worked by officers on each staging; costs of publicity; costs of equipment bought; transport costs for Mayor, Deputy Mayor and staff; all other ancillary on-costs (itemised where possible).

Please provide the number of officers who attended each event.

Further to your request received on 22/03/2024, I confirm that the Council
has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000. Specifically, you have requested the following information:

"Please provide a list of all the Mayor's Question Time events staged
since May 2022.

Mayor's Question Time is delivering a commitment which the Mayor made to
residents during his campaign to listen to residents of Croydon.
 

• Staging the event is part of officers existing job roles and cannot be
itemised
• There is no transportation cost for the Mayor or Deputy Mayor
• Equipment: PA systems were used borrowed free inhouse.
• The artwork template for the flyer is provided inhouse so free and
social media postings free.

• January 31: Waddon 60 registered to attend via Eventbrite

◦ 4 officers attended.

 

• May 16: Purley 164 registered to attend via Eventbrite

◦ 4 officers attended.

2024

• September 5: Norbury 103 registered via Eventbrite. 

◦ 50 x flyers produced inhouse = £4
◦ Hire of Norbury Baptist Church £210.
◦ 7 officers attended.

 

• November 29: Crystal Palace and Upper Norwood 58 registered to attend
via Eventbrite;

◦ Promotional materials £7.99 Eventbrite (introduced payment for
more than 25 tickets); 50 x flyers produced inhouse = £4
◦ Hire of Phoenix Community Centre: £140.
◦ 6 officers attended.

 

• January 30: New Addington 79 registered to attend via Eventbrite;
