Dear Highways Agency,

(a) (i)what has been the cost over the last 3 financial years of laying red tarmac (and of all associated works) on the main road between Ross on Wye and Hereford
(ii)how often is it deemed necessary, on average, to replace red tarmac in order to bring it back to its pristine state, and how does this compare with replacement/renewal periods for ordinary black/grey tarmac
(b) what was the cost of the road works carried out this year at the junction/cross roads beween that road and the turn off to Orcop, just before Harewood End, when coming from Ross towards Hereford
(c) what statistics did the Agency consider when deciding to carry out such works at (a)(i) and (b)
Yours faithfully,

kip waistell
