Please can you make public the costs relating to work carried out by the public rights of way consultant (Sue Rumfitt Associates) in connection with Huddersfield Byway 231 and the proposed modification order. If you do not currently hold a figure because the consultant may have more work to do please provide the costs incurred to date or an estimate of what the costs may be or a daily or hourly rate provided to the council by the consultant and a record of how much time to date the consultant has spent on this work or a contract or any other documentation which refers to the consultants costs or estimated costs.

Please can you make public the costs of the legal representative employed by the council for the public inquiry on Huddersfield Byway 231. This should include all costs of preparation and any work beyond the public inquiry. If you do not currently hold a figure because the legal representative may have more work to do please provide the costs incurred to date or an estimate of what the costs may be or a daily or hourly rate provided to the council by the legal representative and a record of how much time to date the legal representative has spent on this work or a contract or any other documentation which refers to the legal representatives costs or estimated costs.
