Costs of Maintenence of the Knowle Pleasure ground
Dear East Devon District Council,
Please let me have the annual costs, for the last 5 years of maintaining the Knowle Parkland in Sidmouth i.e the cost of grass cutting, tree works, planting and any other costs associated with the maintenance of the grounds.
If you do not have these figures directly, please let me know the number of days spent in carrying out such work, the numbers of personnel in the teams implementing it and the direct costs of such work for the provision of supplies and palnetd items

Please find below the most recent figures for the maintenance of Knowle parkland:
Grass Mtc (level, edge, bed) £ 1589.90
Grass Mtc ( Cutting grass areas ) £ 4141.22
Hedge Mtc £ 867.99
Herbaceous £ 3788.37
Obstacles ( Posts, bins, signs etc ) £ 388.74
Rock Garden £ 101.05
Baskets/troughs £ 1296.16
Shrub Mtc £ 8069.27
Site Mtc £ 1883.19
Tree Mtc £ 264.37
Weedkill ( Area ) £ 1465 .04
Total £ 23, 855.00
I am advised that historic figures are not held in recorded form but that the figures do not change significantly year on year and so previous years' figures are likely to be very similar to those listed above.
I will continue to make checks to see whether or not further detail is held and will update you further if information is located but, as things currently stand, my understanding is that no further information is held.
