Costs of maintaining BBC Three channel after 'closure'.

The request was refused by British Broadcasting Corporation.

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

Please could you itemise the current on-going costs of maintaining the BBC Three channel on all platforms, after the channel officially closed on 16 February, 2016.

The BBC Three channel is currently showing a repeated loop of an informative programme, advising viewers that the channel is now online only. Despite this, I imagine there will be costs to allow for the transmission of this and please list these in response.

Please could you also state the date as to when the channel will officially be shut down (i.e. no programmes listed, E.P.G space is reallocated).

Yours faithfully,

Mr A Slingsby
