- A copy of each contract entered into with each of those
suppliers;
- The value of each contract entered into with each of those
suppliers;
- The total cost of the project to COI to date, broken down in as much detail as possible.
- A list of the organisations (within government) on whose behalf this work was completed by COI.
Yours faithfully,
John McTavish

Dear Mr Morgan,
Many thanks for your response.
My understanding of framework contracts is that they are usually only a part of the contract -- that a proposal or other document forms a part of the contract with the supplier for a particular project.
In order to understand what these suppliers have done, it is necessary to have all of the documents that form part of the contract for this project. I would be grateful if you could also release these.
Additionally, none of the companies you have specified (with the exception of Reading Room) appear on the list of suppliers who are members of the Digital Media Framework (to which the contract you have specified applies), available here:
http://coi.gov.uk/suppliers.php?page=80
I would be grateful if you could confirm that, despite this, they still performed work under the Digital Media Framework contract, or whether in fact the work was carried out under a different framework agreement.
Yours sincerely,
John McTavish

Dear Glynn,
Many thanks for this response.
If you are unable to release the contracts in their entirety, would it be possible to summarise what parts of the project each company was responsible for? That's all I'm really trying to find out.
Also: if these companies were not working within a framework agreement, what procurement process was used? Particularly in the case of the Guardian News Service contract for £19,650, which is a substantial sum.
Yours sincerely,
John McTavish
